A spurtle is a Scottish kitchen tool traditionally used to stir porridge, soups, stews and broths. I think it’s a great multi use tool for a variety of tasks, making scrambled eggs being my favorite. Dimensions 12” x 2” x .75”. Finished with a food grade mineral oil blend and buffed with beeswax.
