This is my absolute favorite utensil to cook with. It’s very versatile and has a substantial yet comfortable handle. Dimensions are 13” x 2.75” x .75”. Finished with a food grade mineral oil and buffed with beeswax. Wood species from left to right: cherry, maple, walnut, alder and white oak. The image gives a representation of how the wood species will appear but may vary slightly from this photo. (All photos depict a right hand design, but left handed versions are also available in the options.)
